At Faction Skis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your equipment is unused and in its original packaging, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused skis or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all technical tags and protective materials are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
